Form Builder
Forms are used on the web to collect information from your customers or allow your customers to interact with you. Our Form Builder application allows you to easily build those forms and add them to your website. Once the customer fills out a form, the information is passed on to you via email as well as written to a database for you to review and download.
Features
- Add text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, pulldowns, or text areas as elements
- Choose whether or not the element is required (the customer must enter the information)
- Insert as many elements to as many forms as you like.
- Choose email addresses for each form submission to be delivered to
- Review and Export form submissions right from your CMS as Comma Separated Documents (CSV)
